So, what's next? You are so excited to start planning - right? Well we are just as excited to help you! We understand that you will probably have a lot of questions.  We assure you that you are in good hands.

Besides having a great staff  to guide you every step of the way, we also have a website that is packed with information on everything you'll need to know.  From wedding etiquette and advice to cake trends and menu suggestions - we have it all!  The best part? With over twenty-two years in the business, our experience is "tried and true" and has a proven track record of success.

10-12 weeks prior to your wedding, you will receive a letter in the mail with a specific week that you will be scheduled to come in and go over all your wedding details. This appointment will be scheduled with: Erin Grant, our Executive Banquet Coordinator. Erin can be contacted by visiting our Contact Us page.

The following is a complete packet of the information that you will receive at your meeting.  For your convenience, we have provided copies online as well.

• 10 Day Countdown Packet

  This "Countdown Packet" includes: Important information leading up to your event, a Bridal Announcement Sheet, Ceremony Sheet and Favor Instruction Sheet. • Vendor Instruction Sheet

            These instructions should be given to each vendor attending your wedding.

All menu selections should be completed at home and brought to your meeting. If you are unsure about some of your selections, Erin will be happy to discuss this with you.

Floor Plans - Erin will go over exactly how to organize your floor plan.  Final counts are not due until 7-10 days prior to your event, so you have plenty of time to discuss any questions that you may have.  In the meantime, please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
