Dear Mr. Vizzoni,

As you know, our organization held its annual holiday party in the Westminster Room of the Bridgewater Manor last night. We are writing to thank all involved for creating a wonderful event. Your team demonstrated stellar professionalism throughout all aspects of event planning and execution.

Upon our arrival at the Bridgewater Manor yesterday at 3 PM (i.e., one hour before our party was scheduled to begin), we were so pleased to see the room beautifully adorned and completely set up to our specifications. Hassan and Damian were prepared for our arrival and went above and beyond to help us make the environment that we hoped it would be for our guests. From table setting to music volume, not a detail was overlooked.

Hassan and Damian anticipated our needs (e.g., having an extra table at the ready for our gifts, setting wine glasses at the tables as well as the wine table, etc.) and they managed our event with effortless skill. Our entrees were reliably refilled and available to guests; our tables were reliably cleared; drinks were constantly available; coffee was refilled without request; and, much more. In addition to the extraordinary service, the food was amazing.

As a non-profit serving people with autism, our staff work long and challenging days to better the lives of those they serve. Each year during the holiday season we are charged with the sometimes-daunting task of finding a way to show our appreciation for our staff’s efforts without compromising fiscal responsibility. This year as with last, the Bridgewater Manor offered us jus the right balance – an excellent party experience at a sensible rate.
