The Bridgewater Manor has been a New Jersey family owned and operated catering facility since 1988. Self-taught and successful in all aspects of the Restaurant Industry, Managing Partner and General Manager, Pasquale Vizzoni, embarked on an unknown venture. With support of his family, he confidently set out to tackle the Catering Industry.

Through his previous years of success, Pat knew that he was dedicated and that he had already made numerous sacrifices, now he just needed to seek out the perfect group of people to bring this team together.

Pasquale (Pat) Vizzoni knew that the formula for success in the catering industry embodied three main components: dedication, sacrifice and confidence in his team. Through his previous years of success, Pat knew that he was dedicated and that he had already made numerous sacrifices, now he just needed to seek out the perfect group of people to bring this team together. If Pat was able to accomplish this task, he believed that this would be just the right foundation that he needed to build a successful future.

After months of mentoring and studying all those around him, Pat was confident he had found the right recipe for success. Over the years, he always remained "hands-on" and never lost sight of his vision. Pat was able to "hand-pick" the perfect team and today believes he has the perfect blend of people that each, individually, contributes something uniquely wonderful to the organization.

Our campaign .... "Our Story, Anything but Ordinary ..." Stems from our journey. A journey for a family taking a chance in an industry that they knew nothing about, and a journey for a man who took a Catering Facility that was completely foreign to him and together with the help of his team, turned it into one of today's leading Catering Facilities in Central New Jersey.
